Materials needed: agility ladders, fences, cones, footballs. Number of players: 8 -12 players.
Exercise description:
With the materials laid out as in the picture, players A and B will start the exercise at the same time.
Players A and B will execute:
· variations of agility ladder exercises (I);
· exchange passes between them (1,2);
· jumping over fences (II);
· exchange passes between them (3,4);
· speed run among cones (III);
· exchange passes between them (5, 6);
· speed run with seating at the tail of own string (IV).
The exercise will be performed over two 8-minute halves with a 4-minute break between halves.
