Materials needed: cones, spiked cones, two balls.
Number of players: 12 - 14 players.
Description of the exercise:
Materials laid out as in the picture, the first player A will be in possession of a ball.
Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball to player C (2).
Player C passes the ball to player D (3).
Player D passes the ball to player E (4).
Player E passes the ball to player A (5).
The exercise will be performed with a maximum of two touches, the players will change places in alphabetical order.
Progression I of exercise 12
Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball to player D (2).
Player D passes the ball to player C (3), player C comes running towards the ball.
Player C passes the ball next (II) to player E (4).
Player E passes short to player D (5), player D comes running towards the ball. (III).
Player D passes the ball to the next player A without the ball (6).
The players change places in alphabetical order.
The exercise is performed simultaneously from both sides starting from the right side.
Progression II of exercise 12
Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball to player D (2).
Player D passes the ball to player C (3), player C comes running towards the ball (I).
Player C passes the ball between the two spiked balls to player E (4), player E comes running towards the ball (II),
Player C opens the passing angle (III) and receives the ball from player E (5).
Player E passes the ball to the next player A (6).
The players change places in alphabetical order.
