For this week we suggest an exercise that can be done as part of the ball passing training process. The exercise consists of the basic (starting) version plus two progression versions.
Exercise description:

Materials laid out as in the figure, each player A will have a ball in their possession. Players A from both groups will start the exercise at the same time.
Player A passes the ball to player B (1);
Player B passes the ball diagonally to player C (2);
Player C drives the ball a few metres, then passes it to the next player A without the ball (3-4).
Each player moves to the place of the player where he passed the ball.
Progression I of the exercise

Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball back to player A (2).
Player A passes the ball diagonally to player C (3).
Player C drives the ball a few metres and then passes it to the next player A without the ball (4-5).
Each player moves to the place of the player where he passed the ball.
Progression II of the exercise

Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball back to player A (2).
Player A passes the ball diagonally to player C (3).
Player C passes short to player B, player B passes to player C (4-5).
Player C drives the ball a few metres then passes to the next player A without the ball (6-7).
Each player moves to the place of the player where he passed the ball.
