Exercise of the week (2)
For this week we have prepared a complex exercise for training the goal kick.

Materials needed:
  • heads, lots of balls.
                                           

Description of the exercise:

Materials laid out as in the figure, players A and C will have balls in their possession.
Players A and B exchange passes, on the coach's whistle, player B takes possession of the ball and finishes with a shot on goal (1-2).
Player B, after finishing with a kick at goal, receives the ball from player C (3), lays it short for player C (4).
Player C runs towards the ball (II) and finishes with a kick at goal (5).
Player A passes the ball in the next position (III) to player C (6), player C takes possession of the ball and crosses it into the box to one of players B and C (7).
Player B attacks the short corner (IV) and player C comes to the long corner (V), one of the two players finishes with a shot on goal (8).
Players will change places periodically.
