Exercise of the week (22)
          For this week we have prepared an exercise for you to train with a soccer ball.
Materials needed: cones, spiked wedges, soccer balls.
Number of players: lot of players.
Description of the exercise:

 

          Materials laid out as in the picture, each player A will be in possession of a ball.
          Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball to player C (2).
          Player C drives the ball (3) and passes it to player D (4), player D passes the ball to player E (5).
          Player E drives the ball (6) and passes it to player F (7), player F passes the ball to player G (8).
          Player G drives the ball (9) and passes to player H (10), player H passes to player I (11).
          Player I drives the ball between the spiked balls (12) and sits at the end of row A.
          The players change places in alphabetical order, the whole exercise is performed at full speed.
          The exercise will be performed over three 6-minute halves with a 3-minute break between halves.

 
Exercise progression I
 

          The goalkeeper throws the ball over player B (1), player B passes the ball to player A (2), player A comes running towards the ball (I).
           Player A passes the ball to player C (3), player C passes the ball to player B (4).
           Player B comes running towards the ball (II) and passes the ball to player E (5).
           Player D crosses the ball to player E (6), the player attacks the ball (III) and completes the action with a shot on goal (7).
            The players change places in alphabetical order.
