For this week, we propose a drill focused on improving shooting at goal.
Required equipment:
- Cones, markers, one goal, and plenty of balls.

Drill description:
The equipment is set up as shown in the diagram, with each player in position A starting with a ball.
-
Player A passes the ball to Player B (1).
-
Player B passes to Player C (2).
-
Player C passes to Player D (3).
-
Player D passes to Player E (4).
-
Player E passes to Player F (5).
-
Player F receives the ball, dribbles through the cones, and finishes with a shot on goal (6–7).
Players rotate positions in alphabetical order after each action.
Progression:
The setup remains the same as in the initial version, with each Player A starting with a ball.
The progression is simple: players pass the ball in alphabetical order, but now incorporating a one-two combination before the ball reaches Player E.
-
Player E then plays the ball to Player F.
-
Player F receives it, dribbles through the cones, and finishes with a shot on goal.
Players rotate positions in alphabetical order after each sequence.
