For this week, I have prepared an exercise that can be used during the training process to improve the football-specific physical conditioning.
Required equipment: cones, hoops, agility ladders, hurdles, footballs.
Number of players: 16 players.

Exercise description:
The working area will be divided into four sections, creating four work stations.
In areas A and C, players will perform 2 vs 2 games.
In areas B and D, players will perform in sequence:

jumps over hurdles (I);

variations of agility ladder exercises (II);

jumps into hoops (III);

sprinting (IV);
-
running at 3/4 pace and joining the end of the line.
The exercise will be carried out over four rounds of 5 minutes, with a 2-minute break between rounds.
