Game for developing agility and reaction speed
Required materials:
-
4 cardboard boxes
-
15 balls in three different colors
(alternatively: 15 bottle caps in three colors)
Game description
Student A has one box in front of him (the color does not matter), and inside that box are all 15 balls, divided as follows:
-
5 red balls
-
5 blue balls
-
5 green balls
At a distance of 3–4 meters, student B stands in front of three boxes, each one matching the colors of the balls:
-
1 red box
-
1 blue box
-
1 green box
Student A throws the balls one by one to student B. Student B must catch each ball and throw it into the correct box:
-
Red balls → into the red box
-
Blue balls → into the blue box
-
Green balls → into the green box
Scoring
-
Each ball placed in the correct box earns 1 point.
-
If student B drops the ball, that attempt scores 0 points.
After all the balls are thrown, the students switch roles:
-
Student B moves to the back of the line,
-
Student A becomes the new student B.
Group competition option
Two identical working groups can be created, each with its own set of boxes and balls. The groups can compete against each other, and the winning team is the one that collects the highest number of points.
