          In this article we give you the opportunity to see a training game made by Deportivo de La Coruna in the training process.
          The collective of players will be divided into 4 teams in each side of the pitch will be assigned a team.
          The game is played according to the rules of volleyball, when the big fitness ball touches the ground in a team's court, that team receives a penalty point.

                                                                                             

          The team that reaches a certain number of penalty points receives a penalty.
          It can also be played with the football.
