For this week, we have prepared a drill focused on finishing from crosses, followed by a 3 vs 3 game situation.
✅ Exercise description:
Players are divided into groups of three (or four players).
The three players on the right side perform a passing combination.
One of the three players makes a movement to deliver the cross, while the other two make runs into the box to finish.
They receive the ball from the cross and finish with a shot on goal.
After finishing, the three A players must immediately defend in a 3 vs 3 situation initiated by the three B players.
Once this action is completed, the A players receive a ball and initiate their own 3 vs 3 attacking action.
After both sequences are completed, the groups on the opposite side begin the exercise following the same structure used by groups A and B.
🔄 Rotation:
- Team A switches positions with team B, and vice versa;
- Team C switches positions with team D, and vice versa.
