Exercise of the week (14)
For this week we propose an exercise for football-specific physical training.
Materials needed:
- hurdles, speed ladders, fences, hoops.
 

Description of the exercise:

          Materials laid out as in the figure, the players will perform passing exchanges after which they will work in turns:
- jumping over fences;
- variations of exercises on the speed ladder;
- jumping in circles;
- running with added steps between the spiked hurdles.
          Players will perform in the middle of the square different variations of passing the ball:
- one touch;
- with a catch;
- left-handed pick-up, right-handed pick-up and vice versa.
