Exercise of the week (13)
          For this week a physical training exercise combined with goal kicking.

Materials needed
- fences, spiked hoops, hoops, speed ladder, soccer balls.

 

Exercise description:

          Materials laid out as in the picture, player B will have in his possession 4 balls.
          Player A takes turns running:
- jumping over the hoops (I);
- variations of speed ladder exercises (II);
- running with added steps between the spiked hurdles (III);
- left-right jumps in circles (IV).
          After each execution player A receives a ball from player B (1,2,3,4) and finishes with a kick at the goal (5,6,7,8).
          Player A after each kick at goal runs 2/4 to the next place where the next run starts.
