Exercise of the week (18)
Materials needed: cones, soccer balls.
Number of players: 12 - 14 players + 2 goalkeepers.
Description of the exercise:

          Materials placed as in the picture, each player A will have a ball. The exercise will be carried out simultaneously from both directions.
          Each player A will have a ball in his possession, player A passes the ball to player B (1).
          Player B passes the ball to player C (2), player C passes the ball to player D (3).
          Player D passes the ball to player C (4), player C runs to the ball (I) and completes the action with a shot on goal (5).
          The players change places in alphabetical order.

 

          Progression I of the exercise 

Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball to player C (2), player C passes the ball to player B (3).
Player B runs to the ball (I) and passes the ball to player D (4).
Player D passes the ball to player C (5), player C comes running towards the ball (II) and completes the action with a shot on goal (6).
The players change places in alphabetical order.
