Exercise of the week (19)
For this week we have prepared an exercise for you to finish with a shot on goal.
Materials needed: cones, soccer balls.
Number of players: 6 - 8 players + 1 goalkeeper.

Description of the exercise:

          Materials placed as in the picture, each player A will have a ball in his possession.
          Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball to player A (2).
          Player A comes running towards the ball (I) and passes the ball to player C (3).
          Player C passes a short pass to player D (4), who runs towards the ball (II) and completes the action with a shot on goal (5).
          The players change places in alphabetical order.


Progression I
 


          Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball back to player A (2).
          Player A comes running towards the ball (I) and passes the ball to player C (3).
          Player C passes the ball to player D (4), player D comes running towards the ball (II) and passes the ball to player B (5) at the next position (III).
          Player B comes into possession of the ball and completes the action by kicking the ball into the goal (6).
         The players change places in alphabetical order 


Progression II
 

          Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball to player C (2).
          Player C passes the ball short to player A (3).
          Player A comes running towards the ball (I) and passes the ball to player C (4) on the next position (II).
          Player C passes the ball to player D (5), who comes running (III) and completes the action by kicking the ball into the goal (6).
          The players change places in alphabetical order.
