Exercise of the week (20)
For this week we have prepared a ball passing exercise with two different progressions.
Materials needed: cones, two balls.
Number of players: 10 - 12 players.

Description of the exercise:

The players will be seated as in the picture, the first player A from both groups will be in possession of a ball.
Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball to player C (2).
Player C drives the ball a few meters and passes the ball diagonally to the next player A (3-4).
Players will change places in alphabetical order.
Passing the ball will be a maximum of two touches.

Progression number I

Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball back to player A (2), player A comes running towards the ball (I).
Player A passes the ball to player C (3), player C passes the ball to player B (4), player B comes running towards the ball (II).
Player B passes the ball to player C (5) at the next position (III).
Player C passes the ball diagonally to the next player A (6).
The players change places in alphabetical order.
 

Progression number II 

Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball back to player A (2), player A comes running towards the ball (I).
Player A passes the ball diagonally to player C (3), player C passes the ball to player B (4), player B comes running towards the ball (II).
Player B passes the ball next (III) to player C (5).
Player C drives the ball then passes to the next player A without the ball (6).
The players change places in alphabetical order.
The exercise will be performed in a maximum of two touches.
