For this week, we have prepared an exercise that can be used in the warm-up phase of the training session.
The equipment is arranged as shown in the image. Each player A and D starts with a ball, and both players begin the exercise at the same time.

Player A passes the ball to player B (1), then performs different running variations through the cones (I).
Player B passes the ball to player C (2), then performs speed ladder exercises and joins the end of line C (II).
Player C receives the ball, dribbles forward in a straight line, then through the set of flat cones placed on the ground, and passes the ball to the last player D from the opposite group who does not have a ball (3,4,5). Player C then moves to the end of line D.
Player D passes the ball to player E (6), then performs alternating left-right jumps through the rings and joins the end of line E (III).
Player E passes the ball to player F (7), then performs side steps through the pointed cones and joins the end of line F (IV).
Player F receives the ball, dribbles forward in a straight line, then through the flat cones, and passes the ball to the last player A from the opposite group who does not have a ball (8,9,10). Player F then moves to the end of line A.
