For this week, we have prepared an exercise that can be performed during training to improve physical fitness specific to soccer.
Materials needed: cones, markers, soccer balls.
Number of players: 4 players per group.

Description of the exercise:
The working area is set up as shown in the picture, with each player A in possession of a ball.
Players A and B will exchange passes (1,2), after which players A will swap places with each other (I).
Players B will do the same (II).
The position changes are performed at maximum speed, 4/4 rhythm.
The exercise will be performed over 3 rounds of 1 minute with a 1-minute break between rounds.
