For this week, we have prepared a physical training exercise specific to football.
Equipment needed: cones, hurdles;
Number of players: 12 players.

Exercise description:
The equipment is set up as shown in the image. Each player B, positioned behind a goal, has a ball in possession.
Players A will perform the following sequence in turn:

Jumping over the hurdles (I)

Running through the cones (II)

Sprinting (III)
Once they reach the area in front of the goal, players A receive a pass from players B and must shoot directly at the goal before the ball touches the ground (1, 2).
After completing the action, players A move to the position of players B, while players B perform a rhythmic run (3/4 pace) to the end of line B (IV).
