
Materials needed:
- two speed ladders, cones, spiked poles, 4-6 balls.
Description of the exercise:
An exercise that can be performed in the warm-up part specific to football training.
Materials laid out as in the picture, the first players in group B will have a ball in their possession.
Player A starts the exercise with variations on the speed ladder (I).
Player B passes the ball to player A (1), player A drives the ball through the cones (2) and then drives it to the tail of row B (3).
Player B continues to execute:
- running with added steps between the spiked hoops (II);
- variations of speed ladder exercises with sitting at the tail of string A (III).
The exercise is worked for two 6-minute rounds with a 3-minute break between rounds.
