Exercise of the week (4)
For this week we suggest an exercise to prepare the body for effort that can be done in the early part of the training session.
 

Materials needed:
  • two speed ladders, cones, spiked poles, 4-6 balls.

Description of the exercise:

An exercise that can be performed in the warm-up part specific to football training.

Materials laid out as in the picture, the first players in group B will have a ball in their possession.

Player A starts the exercise with variations on the speed ladder (I).

Player B passes the ball to player A (1), player A drives the ball through the cones (2) and then drives it to the tail of row B (3).

Player B continues to execute:

  • running with added steps between the spiked hoops (II);
  • variations of speed ladder exercises with sitting at the tail of string A (III).

The exercise is worked for two 6-minute rounds with a 3-minute break between rounds.
