Exercise of the week (5)
For this week we have prepared an exercise that can be used in training sessions to train the goal kick.
Materials needed:
- heads, two goals, lots of balls.

 

Description of the exercise:

          A work surface will be made with a distance between the goals of about 30 - 35 metres. Players A and C will have balls in their possession.
          Player A passes long to player B (1), player B passes to player A (2). Player A comes running towards the ball (I) and finishes with a kick to goal (3).
          Player A comes back (II) receives the ball from player C and finishes with a shot on goal (4-5).
          The exercise will be carried out over two 8-minute halves with a 4-minute break between halves.
