Exercise of the week (6)
For this week we have prepared an exercise to train the goal kick preceded by a passing circuit.

Materials needed:

- cones, heads, a goal, many balls.

Description of the exercise:

          The exercise will take place on half court, each player A will have one ball in their possession.
          Player A drives the ball through the cones and then passes it to player B (1-2).
          Player B passes the ball to player C (3), player C comes to meet the ball (I).
          Player passes the ball to player A (4), player A comes running to the 16m box (II).
          Player A passes the ball back to player C (5), player C comes running (III) and finishes with a shot on goal (6).
          Player A continues the run to player D (IV), receives the ball from player D (7) and passes the ball to player D (8) in the next position.
          Player D runs towards the ball and crosses for player B (9), player B comes to the long corner (V) and finishes the action with a shot on goal (10).

 
          Player C can also participate in the penalty area and attack the short corner.
          The players will change places in alphabetical order, the only player who before sitting at the end of the line B will perform a 3/4 rhythm run is player A.
          He will perform the 3/4 run bypassing the players in group C (VI).
          The exercise will last for two 8-minute halves with a 4-minute break between halves.
