For this week, we have prepared a complex exercise that includes the following elements:
– passing the ball;
– 2 vs 1 duels;
– 1 vs 1 finishing.
The exercise can also be carried out during the warm-up phase of the training session.
Required equipment:
- cones, footballs, two 5-meter goals.

Exercise description:
The equipment is set up as shown in the image. Between the two goals, a square with 10-meter sides will be created using cones; this will be the 2 vs 1 duel zone.
Each player A will have a ball in their possession. Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball to player C (2), and player C passes the ball to player D (3).
With the help of player F, player D tries to get past player E in a 2 vs 1 situation (4). Player E is semi-active, and player F opens the passing angle in order to offer a passing option to player D (I).
Player F passes the ball to player G (5), player G passes the ball to player H (6), and player H carries the ball for a few meters before attempting to score in the goal defended by player I (7,8). Player I will be active.
Players will rotate positions in alphabetical order.
Exercise progression

In this variation, player G will pass the ball to player H towards the left side. From the halfway point of the exercise, play will switch to the opposite side compared to the initial version.
Players will perform one-twos throughout. Another important modification is that player E becomes active.
Player D can beat player E either through an individual action or through a combination with player F (if the player gets past the defender through a combination with player F, this must be in the form of a one-two).
Players will rotate positions in alphabetical order.
In both variations, player D moves into the position of player E, becoming the defender, while player E moves forward into the position of player F.
