For this week, we have prepared an exercise that can be carried out during the warm-up phase of the training session.
Required equipment:
- cones, poles, two speed ladders, hoops, footballs.

Exercise description:
Players A and B will start the exercise at the same time. They will perform coordination exercise variations involving lifting the lower limbs over cones with a pole placed on top.
They then receive the ball from the goalkeeper and pass it back to him (1,2), continue with variations of exercises on the speed ladder (II), followed by another passing exchange with the goalkeepers (3,4).
The exercise continues with players A and B performing running with side steps among the cones with poles (III).
At the end of the exercise, the players will perform jumps through hoops (IV) followed by a progressive run to the end of the opposite line from where they started the exercise (V).
The working distances and the number of repetitions of the exercise will be determined by each coach according to the age-specific characteristics and the level of preparation of the players for whom the exercise is applied.
