Materials needed:
- heads, two speed skates, balls.

Description of the exercise:
A square will be made out of heads, on two sides of the rhombus a stirrup will be placed on each side.
Player A passes the ball to player B (1), then performs variations of exercises from the running school (I).
Player B passes the ball to player C (2) and then performs variations of the speed ladder exercise (II).
Player C passes the ball to player D (3), then performs variations of running school exercises (III).
Player D passes the ball to player A (4) and then performs variations of the speed ladder exercise (IV).

- works both ways;
- one-two variations can be introduced in certain corners of the square, etc.
