Exercise of the week (10)
For this week we have prepared an exercise that can be done in the warm-up part of the training process.

Materials needed:
- heads, cones, a goal, many balls.

 

Description of the exercise:

          Materials laid out as in the picture, each player A will have a ball in their possession.
          Player A passes the ball to player B (1).
          Player B passes the ball to player C (2).
          Player C passes the ball to player D (3).
          Player D passes the ball to player E (4).
          Player E passes the ball to player F (5).
          Player F takes possession of the ball, drives it through the cones and finishes with a shot on goal (6 - 7).
          Players will change places in alphabetical order.

Progression of the exercise

 

 
          The materials are placed as in the beginning version of the exercise, the balls in possession of each player A.
          The progression of the exercise is simple, players pass the ball in alphabetical order except that now a one-two is performed until the ball reaches player E.
          Player E passes the ball to player F.

 
         
Player F takes possession of the ball, drives the ball through the cones and completes the action with a kick at goal.
          Players will change places in alphabetical order.
