Materials needed:
- cones, a gym bench, two balls.

Exercise description:
Draw a 5 m / 10 m rectangle. On the 10 m side place an overturned gym bench.
The player has to send the ball for 30 seconds successively with his back to the gym bench.
A net goal is placed behind the gym bench.
The ball is kicked only before the 5-meter line.
If the ball goes over the bench and stops in the net, the player may use the spare ball. If it has been used, the player must retrieve the ball, bring it behind the line and continue the drill. The player is allowed only one spare ball.
The ball does not have to be hit in one piece, it can be retrieved beforehand.
Result
The exercise lasts 30 seconds, during which time each player performs a certain number of touches of the bench. Each bench touch is worth 3 points.
Result: no passes in 30 sec. x 3 points.
