Exercise of the week (11)
          This week's exercise of the week is dedicated to physical training, it is performed on half the field.
Materials needed:
- cones, footballs.

 

Description of the exercise:

          The exercise consists of two parts.
           Part I (Lap I)
           Players will take turns performing:
- 3/4 pace running (I);
- 2/4 pace running (II);
- 3/4 pace running (III);
- 2/4 rhythm run (IV);
          Continuing after the players have done the last 2/4 run, they pass the blue cone and at full speed choose a ball which they drive at full speed to the 11 m point area (1).
          When they reach the 11 m point they send the ball into the empty goal (2).

 

Part II (Round II)
 

           Part II of the exercise is somewhat similar to the first part except that now the players, after running, have to carry the balls in the goal to the place where they were picked up.
           Players will perform in order:
- 3/4 rhythm run (I);
- 2/4 run (II);
- running 3/4 pace (III);
- 2/4 pace run (IV).
