Exercise of the week (12)
          For this week we have prepared an exercise for training the goal kick.
Materials needed:
- cones, three goals, footballs.

 

Description of the exercise:
          Each player will have a ball in their possession.
          The player drives the ball towards the goalposts (1,2,3) and then finishes with a kick at goal (4).
          The goalkeeper in the first goal where the player has kicked, throws the player a ball from his hand to the next position (5).
          The player takes possession of the ball and finishes with a kick at goal (6,7).
          The goalkeeper in the second goal also throws a ball from the player's hand to the next position(8).
          The player gets into possession and finishes with a shot on goal (9).
