Exercise of the week (3)

For this week, we have prepared an exercise that can be carried out during the warm-up phase of the training session.

Required equipment:

  • cones, balls, two 5-meter goals.
 
 

The equipment is set up as shown in the image. The first players A will have a ball in their possession. Players A will start the exercise at the same time.

Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player B passes the ball to player C (2), and player C plays the ball into the 5-meter goal (3).

The aim is to strike the ball in such a way that it lands inside the goal beyond the goal line.

Players will rotate positions in alphabetical order.

Compared to the initial version of the exercise, a player will be introduced inside the 5-meter goal.

Player A passes the ball to player B (1), player A opens the passing angle (I), receives the ball back from player B, and passes it to player C (3).

Player C passes the ball to player B (4), who moves towards the ball (II) and passes it to player C (5) into future space (III).

Player C gains possession of the ball, after which a 1 vs 1 situation follows with player D (6,7). Player C attempts to score a goal in the 5-meter goal defended by player D.

Players will rotate positions in alphabetical order.
