Exercise of the week (5)

For this week, we have prepared an exercise to develop shooting on goal specific to the game of football.

Required equipment:

  • slalom poles, footballs.

 

Exercise description:
 

The group of players will be divided into three groups, and each player will have a ball in their possession.

Player A starts the exercise by dribbling the ball up to the slalom poles, performs a short dribble, and finishes with a shot on goal (1,2,3).

Player A goes around the slalom poles (I), receives the ball from player B (4), takes possession, and finishes with a shot on goal (5).

Player A then shifts attention to player C, who carries the ball for a few meters and then delivers a cross for player A (6,7).

Player A attacks the ball (II) and finishes the action with a shot on goal (8).

Players will rotate positions in alphabetical order.
